The ‘I find inspector’ is a platform that connects home inspectors with individuals seeking home inspection services.
We do not provide home inspection services directly.

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
and to update such information to keep it accurate, current,and complete.

Users are solely responsible for the content they post on the Service. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the ‘I find inspector’ and are protected by
international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
7. Limitation of liability
In no event shall the ‘I find inspector’, its directors, employees, partners agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or punitive damage including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the ‘I find inspector’ and its licensee and licensors, and their employees
contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or
